How long does it take to get started with Winlucks?

Most merchants can get set up and start receiving orders within 24-48 hours. The process includes submitting your documents, account verification, store setup, and training on the merchant app.

What documents do I need to become a Winlucks merchant?

You'll need to provide:

  • Trade license copy
  • Emirates ID of owner/manager
  • Bank account details for settlements
  • VAT certificate (if applicable)

Is there any setup fee to join Winlucks?

No, there are no setup fees to join Winlucks. You can choose between our subscription plan (AED 199-599/month) or our postpaid plan with no monthly fee (limited time offer).

What fees does Winlucks charge?

Winlucks charges:

  • 7% commission on orders (compared to 15-30% on other platforms)
  • 3% service fee (minimum AED 1) for payment processing and platform maintenance
  • 0% postpaid fee (limited time offer) or a monthly subscription fee depending on your plan
There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

What's the difference between the subscription and postpaid plans?

Subscription Plan (AED 199-599/month): Fixed monthly fee with all features included. Best for businesses with consistent monthly sales.

Postpaid Plan (AED 0/month): No monthly fee, just pay per transaction. Currently offering 0% postpaid fee for a limited time. Perfect for new businesses or those with fluctuating sales.

Are there any long-term contracts or commitments?

No, Winlucks does not require long-term contracts. You can choose month-to-month billing and cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business every month.

Payments & Settlements

How often will I receive payments from Winlucks?

Winlucks processes payments weekly. You'll receive your settlement every Tuesday for all orders completed in the previous week (Monday-Sunday). The funds are typically deposited directly to your bank account within 1-2 business days after processing.

What payment methods do customers use on Winlucks?

Winlucks supports multiple payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Bank Transfers
  • Winlucks Wallet
You receive the full order amount regardless of the payment method, minus our transparent fees.

Are there any charges for payment processing?

Payment processing is included in our 3% service fee. There are no additional charges for payment processing, regardless of the payment method used by customers.

Rewards System

How does the Winlucks reward coins system work?

The reward coins system incentivizes customers to shop with Winlucks merchants:

  • Customers earn coins with every purchase (typically 5-10% of order value)
  • Coins can be redeemed for discounts on future orders
  • You control the coin allocation percentage for your store
  • Winlucks covers the cost of redeemed coins - it doesn't come from your revenue
This system increases customer loyalty and repeat business.

Do I have to pay for the reward coins given to customers?

No, Winlucks covers the cost of reward coins. When customers redeem coins at your store, you receive the full order value, and Winlucks absorbs the discount amount. This makes the rewards system completely free for merchants while driving more business to your store.

Can I create custom reward promotions for my store?

Yes! Through your merchant dashboard, you can create special reward promotions such as:

  • Double coins events
  • Bonus coins on specific products
  • Limited-time reward boosts
  • Special redemption events
These tools help you attract more customers and increase sales during specific periods.
